Equipoise is founded and led by Nick Rowles-Davies and William Frain-Bell KC, two highly respected figures in the field of dispute resolution and specialists in the world of litigation finance.
With over 60 years of combined experience in litigation, arbitration and mediation, they bring unparalleled expertise to the practice. Both are accredited mediators and William is a Chartered Arbitrator.
They have extensive experience in the UAE and the wider GCC, having worked on numerous high profile disputes across the region for many years. Beyond our leadership, Equipoise boasts a distinguished panel of highly experienced and well-regarded dispute resolution professionals.
